DR. EARL DOUGLAS: Our current philosophy at ADS South is very simple. It’s total honesty and total openness. If a client gets a surprise in a transition, we’ve got a surprise. Nothing is withheld. We take a very conservative approach to the financial projections, and anything and everything that a buyer needs to know, see, taste, feel, touch, is to be made available to them. It’s a simple philosophy: treat our clients the way we want to be treated.
The biggest difference that differentiates us from the previous people in the field is professionalism, and the difference between professionalism and commercialism is pretty simple: a commercial individual goes out to benefit himself. A professional goes out to benefit his client, and that is what has made the biggest difference.
